Car Alignment Problem for day 1

I had Bought an Car: Verna Crdi/Vgt on 9/10 from Talwar Hyundai pvt ltd, Secunderabad. With Engine no. D4FA8U566322 / cHASSIS NO. MALCMUIVR8MO5298 WITH RTA NO. AP 10 AQ 4200 with loan from Hdfc Bank Ltd. From day 1 the car is draging to left side. I had compainted about this to the dealer in the first service. they did nothing at that time. After 5000 kms i saw the front 2 tyres were flat, i gave the car to the dealer and after lot of talks finally they changed the tyres in jan. Now its 11000 kms and the car still drags to one side and every time i show the car to the dealer, they say its fine.. no problem with your car. Its become a pain now, after spending 8.5 Lakh on a car, you get a piece which is not fit to run on road. I would like to give a last compaint to them now, and go to the court of law if needed. They have to change my car or repair it to the perfert level to my satsifaction.
