Dear sir; I Sri Chitta Ranjan Mishra, employee of SBI, Charbatia, Orissa purchased a CAR (i10 Erra Model) on 29th Sept. I have paid the Dealer the On -Road price of theCar. The Dealer by its ownself did the insurance In Reliance Insuance though I have told him at the time of purchase to do the Insurance with NEW INDIA ASSURANCE, as per SBI Tie-up. The vehicle made an accident on 12/ 10 and the vehicle had been deposited with the dealer on the very day. The Insurance company was also completed the praimary job on the very day of theaccident occured.

From that day onwards i am running after the dealer to get the vehicle repaired but evey day I got a reply that the parts not yet reached from Chennai, the Insurance company not yet settle the matter etc.

If the customer faced such type of harrasment from the dealer after paying the on road price of the vehicle then day will not be very that customer will stop visiting the Hundai Show room of Cuttack Centre, Orissa.

So company should take proper step against the dealer so that the same will not occur in future to other customer. Along with it pl. instruct the dealer to dispose off the aforesaid matter with immediate effect otherwise I will lodge a complaint in the Consumer forum.
