Cheating, Non-Payment of Advertisement

I4cmedia - also working as id8labs.com is a web marketing company in India. They act as web advertising network, brokering between publishers and advertisers. Unfortunately, they do not have any business ethics or organization culture. I have served thousands of Dollars worth of their advertisement on my web sites and when it came to payment, they delayed the payments for 4 months. I have stopped serving their advertisements in April but they have not cleared the payments yet. Their contacts Sudhir Nair, Monica Advani etc. all either push lies or simply do not respond to correspondence.

I fail to understand how they are in business despite evident lack of commitment and business ethics.
