Worst service of DTC

I am Naveen Rana, I am a regular passenger of DTC at the route NARELA-BAHADURGARH

But in the evening time there is no bus for that route after 5 O'clock. If any DTC bus comes the conducter and driver takes some money from Private Bus employees and allow them to go and this is their daily work, and if they don't do so they tell that DTC is not Functioning and after that at their time of leaving duty they take it to the Bus Depot.

IF THEY HAVE TO DO THEIR JOB LIKE THIS, WHY DTC IS PAYING THEM THEIR SALARY.
