Garbage & Stray dogs and pigs

Hello,

I am residing at Nethravathy Layout, which is very near to BBMP office of K.R.Puram, though it is located very adjusted to BBMP, Registration Office and taluk office this area is treated as garbage center and stray dogs and pig parks of K.R.Puram city, we can see number of Dozens of Dogs and Pigs in this area that is just because garbage dumped in the vacant sited, especially pigs these pigs gives lot of trouble to the residents of this area... night and day making noise and disturbing the people of this area... drainage system is bad where the waste water flows on the roads, so please take the necessary action against the pig owners... to keep this area clean and neat... i also request to make drainage system.
