Didn't get a proper and detailed explanation from Customer care

Dear Sir/Madam,

my name is Deepak. I am an Airtel customer for last 3 years.

my plan is Airtel 249 CorporateSpecialPlan -KL

My Number: 9895909463

My Account No:113-100450744

Last 1 year my payment is ECS through my Bank Account. So no penting Bills

I have recieved a bill amount of Rs. 1578.75 (BillNo:819572380 (20/agu &-19/sept)). This bill show previous Balance:912.76 .But my previous Bill amount is Rs.416.40 (Bill No:806337964 (20/july&19/agu)). That period

i don't get any plan offer, i.e 1000 Min Airtel to Airtel and 600 min Airtel to Other Mobiles

So i arrange a call back on sept 1st (time&--gt;14:41:46){my complaintid18066939 on 26/agu}

Then they replay My total Outstanding is 2238.23 and that month charge 687.13 and my outstanding Balance 1551.10,

And she said "you do not pay any bill after your outstanding reaches zero"

But this month((20/agu &-19/sept)) i have get 1578.75

For Further details I arrange several call back to concerned department, but i didn't get a proper and detailed explanation from your side
