Egarding Security Refund

I have submited a request letter to your branch in last Jan. I got a case ID -61736900 dt. 9/01 against the phone no-011-32569111. It has been registerd in sount-Ex-II branch in New Delhi. I have visited there 18-20 times but nobody given a satisfactory status about refund our security amount. I met there many person like- Gourav, Rounak Sing, Sachin, Vikash.

I have already send a compalin last month but not come any reply to me, If you give not any eply then I will go to Media and T.V. chanal also.
