Not refund the amount

Dear Sir/ Mam,

I am Mahadeo Pawar I was Join MBA programme distance learning In Oct.2007 i was appierd three times of Exams but all times sam numbers alloting from Icfai . i was complete fees submeet Amount Of Sum Rs.90, 000/-(Rs. Ninty thousand) exam fees are extra . i was also paid the tution fees but the are not teach the proper time they are set the theire times but i was not attend the class because timing is not match with my job so i was request to him . pls. (change the class time or my fees has been return but the are not agree) than i was meet there office and discuss about the programme discontinew but the are saying we are not able to fees refund. So pls. i would request to you sir/ Mam I wpuld request to you pls. help me
