Need refund of my fees

I was wrongly sold CFA programme of ICFAI . I was given a Enrollment Number:6010010747216, actually i wanted to take admission for insurance programme but CFA programme was sold to me, Rs 10000 was debited from my cardMs Pallavi of Andheri (W), Mumbai who councelled me for the same stopped picking up my calls when I was trying to contact her for help. I have stopped payment of remaining instalments, now ICFAI university has started harassing me by sending mails and legal notices at my residence. I need refund, but ICFAI has refused for the same on mail. This kind of administration is threat to education industry. Kindly my case should be taken into consideration and proper action required.
