Non Delivery against Service Contract for which payment has been made

I had entered into a service contract with Ichibaan Automobiles Pvt Ltd, in Kalina in Mumbai, who were authorised dealers for sales & service of Honda cars, for servicing of my car for 2 years.

The contract was due from March to March and covered a fix number of car servicings at no cost. The contract number was AW 0376 and the car was Honda City Zx Gxi bearing registration no MH02 AY 2211

However, Honda terminated the dealership of Ichibaan within 6 months and when I contacted them in Dec for my car servicing, I was told by one Mr Ayub Khan that they would not be able to honour the contract and would hence refund an amount of Rs 11824/- within a fortnight.

I have since been following up with Ichibaan for the past 4 months and have sent them 2 letters and numerous phone calls, but I have not received the refund due to me.

Thus, I would like to lodge a complaint of fraud & non delivery of contract against Ichibaan Automobiles
