Cash not dispenced from SBI ATM

Sir,

on 1st April at 1:14 PM I tried to withdraw 1500 Rs but the ATM not dispenced Cash & slip, after this i tried 2-3 times, then ATM responded as "Sorru unable to process", after this when i check my balance in other ATM, i find my balance is debited by Rs. 1500, which was not dispenced by ATM.

My ICICI account no is 008301525039

ATM Id is S1CN00115701. please do needful.
