Non opening of Bank account

Hi.

My experiance is not less dramatic. I have filled the application form for opening a new account with Vidhyadhar nagar branch, Jaipur way back on 09.06.2008. but after too much follow-up and persuation I was asked to fill a fresh form on 18.07.2008 and I have no information about opening of the new account and more than 01 and 1/2 month have passed. The guys working for them are not pain taking and work as if working for some state govt. and not for a Bank. Further I have been informed that the form has been rejected. I don't know why such Banker has been asked to work with Religare and no other option for zero balance account is being provided despite complaints
