ICICI Bank
Credit card not recieved

I applied for credit card with this bank through net, verification was done and one and half months before i recieved call on my mobile no.9811689974 that courier guy asked me to hand over the same and i asked to deliver at my office address but no avail, i rang up to customer care and i was assured that we have recieved the same back and we will deliver thae same within next week, 2 weeks have been passed but no avail.
