Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is in referance with my communication with ICICI bank customer care center. Request IDs are: 1) 'ICICICARE=032-246-346' level1complaint/ Savings Account

2) 'ICICICARE=031-214-287' Fund Transfer

Complaint in brief is:

Mistakenly I had transferred money (RS. 2210.00) to Mr. Vishal Kulkarni- Account No: 033801509676 on 11-Oct.

I had also given a written application to revert this transaction at Bund garden office branch (dated 26-Oct).

In spite of following several times with the bank; I am getting the same answer: " We have sent an authority letter to concerned person to deduct his account, Once we get the authorization letter the transaction shall be reversed."

I am unable to understand why bank is taking so much time to complete this process. For e.g. Bank manages to send a forgotten password to it's customer within a weeks time or so... In my case considering the communication to be two way and giving some buffer perod of 1-2 weeks the process should have completed by this time.

Moreovere bank is not updating me on the current status.

I think bank is not taking this issue seriously.

I request your help to resolve this matter as early as possible.
