Espected sir/madam,
i tried to go and withdraw 6000 rs from my icici bank through ATM card in HDFC bank on 5th jan . when at the time of transaction there was an power failure and unfortunately the card was swallowed by the ATM and an cash of 12000 was debited from account . a cash of 6000 was already credited in my account and another 6000 was not yet credited in my account till date (6th feb). each time i call up the customer care their attitude towards ne is really very pathetic. i want to file an complaint and as well as an compensation of 50000 for all the mental agony going through all this time . please do the needful
