I am writing to dispute an Rs 400 charge on my bill, and I hope you can help me.

My Feb credit card due was Rs 1, 897, I dropped SBI Cheque No.- 074393 worth Rs 1900 at Medical square ATM Nagpur on 07-02 at 7pm. But due to negligence of ICICI Bank amount debited from account on 27-02 and now Bank have charged me Rs 400 for late payment. This is second time happened with me, now I have decided that I will not pay Rs 400
