Harasement by bank & its call centre

I am costomer of ICICI bank. I have taken a car loan for which EMI of Rs 4500/- is being paid since september till date. Till date my every cheque has been cleared. I have given them SBI, Kalinganagar Cheque which are being cleared till date. but ICICI bank executive/ their call centre calling me every month that one of my cheque was bounced & threatening me over phone. The person nme is Rajiv. I have visited ICICI bank, jajpur road & verified that all my cheque are cleared but due to some problem at their end it was showing that ch. No.734188 in the month of march bounced. I have shown them my bank statement (SBI), it is clearly mentioned that the sme cheque has been cleared on 14-09. How it is possible the same cheque bounced in march. It is ridiculous. As per their advice I have submiited the xerox copy of my SBI bank statement in jajpur road As wel as at Cuttack Bajrakabtia raoad, ICICI bank. I also registered a complaint in ICICI web site, complaint no;SR7331584.

But all my efforts invain. Again that fellow rajiv from ICICI bank harasing me every month. I dont know what to do. Bank people also not co operating. Every month they are sending sms. But how to reply i dont know. because they are not giving the right address or email or proper method to update my account details. They also send a complain against me to CIBIL. But I dont know how to reach CIBIL to put my case.
