Sudden deduction of Rs 16039/- from saving acount

Dear Concern

I Barkha Sharma having an saving A/C number (017701526291) in ICICI BANK since i was having balance of Rs 16039/- in my A/C but now its showing in negative balance and when in called up at customer care some of thier executive Mr Ranjan from credit card department spoke to me and said that that my A/C is block due to some non-payment of credit card and he was rude in speaking with the customers, he misbehaved also with me, although i m not using any credit card of icici bank from last 3 years and i have not received any bills or calls or any communication from thier side that such n such amt is pending, atleast these people should have intimate the customer before doing such thing.

When i asked Mr Ranjan that i hav't received any communication or calls from ur side during this period, he refused and he said we have send u bills and we have called u also, but i hav't receive any call.

Pls help in resolving this issue ASAP.
