ICICI bank is charging for Cheque book, ATM with drawl, Deposit of money on other branches, Min. quarterly avaerage balnce which is calculated based on available fund divided by 90. (days) Don't the RBI and consumer Forum think that these are the rules of Pre independence era - like money lender SAHUKAR. Pl let me know what can forum do in this regard to protect common man interest.
