Mr Saha,
Greetings of the day!!!
Despite all your claims of being a very professional and customer friendly bank, I find this rather absurd. Please do take my complaint very seriously, as I am highly offended and need feedback from your bank immediately.
On 30th November at 16.34 hours your customer executive from phone number 011204515410 named Niyati tried to offer me a scheme, I POLITELY--very politely indeed told her I was not interested, Not to forget I already have an account with your supposed esteemed bank. I told her I was not interested, and thanked her while I was about to about to disconnect the call, she said "Sir its your problem then".
Mr Saha, I am the assistant manager at ITC Hotels and id like you to know that I know all about customer service, and well versed with hospitality. I promise to withdraw my account by the name of Abhishek Bahadur and my family's (Anila Bahadur) unless im given a formal apology from the same customer executive Niyati.
I tried calling her back, but given the guilt of just abusing a customer, she chose to disconnect my calls, niether was your customer care of any help.
Unless this case is taken seriously, I shall promise further complaints and legal action on the same regard. Wish you luck for your executive training - Because i think its not benifitting the customer friendly image you once had, now your nothing but just the same as Punjab National Bank or maybe worse.
