Espected sir,
My name is S.VenkateshPrabhu from tirupattur (vellore district), tamilnadu..
On (07-02), thusday i withdrawl Rs.10, 000 from icici atm which was attached to icici bank-tirupattur, but in withdrawl there was a problem occured in machine (atm center)... the atm statement bills was attached to this mail.

Problem: for withdrawl cash for 10, 000 after doing all the procedure, at the last i didn't receive cash from the machine, the machine counted the money but the money didn't come out of the machine.but the statement print shows that the cash withdrawl for 10, 000 and it was debited from my icici bank account..
Atlast the statement print shows-transaction declined, respnse code-contact bank.
Sir the bank staffs didnt response me anything for my situvation about the problem occured and they didnt give respect for me, they didn't give the proper reason for that problem, then the bank manager and asistant manager didnt attend my problem on that day (07-02) because they went out of the bank for two hours..
Then one of the staff Mr. Mowley said & accured me that within 24hours the amount will be reversed in my account or if not he said he will give Rs.10, 000 immediately. then i met the bank manager yestaday (08-02) regarding this problem, but he didnt understand my situvation, then he said to meet Mowley. but after 24 hours Mr. Mowley angrily said " I Have The Power To Credit within 24 hours but U Didn't Beliving Me and Going to Manager so u should wait for 7 Working days.
so after i heared that i was very vex about the way of mannerism which he behaved with me, so i decided that i will surely put this problem in consumer court because i urgentely needed the cash for my medical expencess.
so please take severe action for this problem and credit my account Rs.10, 000 immediately.
