DEMAT ACCOUNT OPENING

Sir, I have a given a request to open a DEMAT ACCOUNT on month of feb 08, due to signature mismatch it was sent back to me, after correcting this i again sent back to mumbai, again there was some problem for which i can't be held responsible, form sent back to my bank again i sent this to mumbai and now the 750/ fees for demat acc has already been deducted from my saving bank account on 5 may 08 and still i did not received my demat account, i have complained time and again but to no avail, now i am so frustated that i don't want this demat account to open and want back my 750 in my saving bank account.my details are following
