Some body came to my residence, represented himself as representative of your courier, on 23.09.2008 at about 4p.m., when I was in my office. He went back without delivering the packet
(send by icici bank) with a plea that he made a mistake in his paper and will come back on next day. But till date I didn't received any such letter from your courier.
In the meantime I came to know from 'icici bank' that they sent one packet in my name through your courier vide no. AWB NO. 8067300010 on September 17 to my residential address.
An early action in this matter is being solicited so that I may get that packet without further delay.
