Charge levied for payment made in cash at ICICI Bank branch

ICICI Bank Credit card is cheating the customers by charging fradulent fees. I am holding ICICI Credit Card (AMEX). An amount of Rs.8213.94 was due on my credit card and i paid an amount of Rs.8300/. Instead of showing credit balance; when I check the account it shows me i'm still due by Rs.24.24. When I checked the same with a phone banking officer named Abhishek he says ICICI Bank charges Rs.100 Rs.10 (service tax) total Rs.110 for making cash payment at their bank. What I dont understand is why do they charge this ridiculous fee for making cash payment for their bank credit card which i paid at their branch. This is nothing but cheating the customer of his hard earned money. Even after charging heavy amounts in the name of Intrest and Late fee, they are still finding different ways to dupe the customers. I hope someone will take necessary action againt this bank.
