Levying of Interest Charges in Bill dated Sep 20

Hardly the dispute over the previous Bill datedAug.21, 08 had subsided than the next round of controversial billing has erupted.
For my Credit Card No.5176377024086000, the total amount due is Rs.14874.74 which includes a fresh levy of Interest Charges of Rs.558.31 Service Tax of 69.01.
You would recall that the dispute in the previous Bill was resolved just a fortnight back after your Manager Mr. Roopesh assured that the charges levied would be reversed.
but to our utter surprise, the latest Statement has inclunwaranteduded Rs.62732, which is unwarranted
I lodge my protest for the same and seek recheck of the Bill.
