inspite of sending Documentry proofs of elibility for 30% cash back offer & inspite of sending 4 reminders to ICICI bank customer care dept, no is no response or resolution & my case is still pending.

in the meanwhile I have been asked to make the payments towards card usage which i have been regularly paying on time.

But now I have decided not to make any future payments till my case is solved & my due credit is given to me immediately.
