Dear sir,
Since 25th april'08 I contacted bank and their customercare officers sevral time and still not getting credit of above mentioned cheques inspite of several assurance and date for resolution by bank and customercare officer.
I am Sr citizen and i need ur help for the same.

As per ur tele phone 914066130254 talk on yesterday i visited ur kalyan branch and collected Indemnity to be obtained for issuing Duplicate Draft from Mr Santosh. He said that u fill, sign and put franking stamps of Rs 200/- on it. when asked him that the terms laid down in form is not applicable in my case and secondly why should i bear penalty of Rs 200/-, his response better to talk to Cutomer care Manager. He shown me POD in his computer and i confirm that receiver signature is not of our family members and also telephone No.25893928, no address. When I try to contact on this no. i received simple reply please check ur no.when I have already submitted my written application on 29.5.08 in kalyan branch to make stop payment of ur payorder and immediate credit to a/c 028101512256, it is better to call back from pune as ur courier know where it was delivered. If H O came to know that a/c 02031000250 of kalyan and it closed than they should 1st contact to kalyan branch (Mr Parag Jain is only one name in ur computer, having FDR, joint a/c 020301501309 where all information's are available) or his cell no.9890689347.I have deposited similar cheques in corporation bank on 15.5.08 and it was credited on 17.5.08, I could not understand how ur branch take 21 days form clearing MICR cheques. and also entertain customer written complaint after 30 days?
