Short in cash deposited at ATM

I have deposited Rs. 2000 at ICICI bank's ATM at BOC-ATM on date 22/07. But on date 23/07 Rs. 1500 has been credited to my A/c no. 031701000739 at New Alipore Branch, Kolkata. On calling to Phone banking on 23/07, they said that Rs. 500 was found short by them, and directed me to contact the Branch for clarification and to see the video as the cash is counted under camera.

On 27/07, I visited New Alipore branch, and then I came to know, that the cash deposited at ATM's are counted by third party, and not by the bank, and they do not have such video available at the branch.

i have submitted a written complaint, to the bank for verification on 27/07. I, may be wrong and have wrongfully deposited short cash, but I want to ensure and to see the video and the envelope in which the cash was deposited.
