I had disputed a transaction on the card, and the bank says that its in their favor and i am denied the details for the same. The disputed transaction amount was around Rs 1.2k (k=thousand) and now the bill is Rs 6k. Below is the copy of the email that i have received from headservicequality@icicibank.com
