Locking icici savings account without proper intimation

I have centurion bank of Punjab credit card now that credit card section has been take overred by icici credit card. i am not getting proper call or statement related to that credit card but without intimating me they are blocking my savings account and taking what ever money they want. i don't how this is happening and i am fearing having savings account with icici. i am not gonna leave this issue i am planning to go ombudsman and other related concerns even to the media if i am not satisfied with icici service
