Hi all, This is suresh from chennai, I had bought a car worth 4.25L, last sep which is financed by ICICI, now that due to physical illness i was treated outside india, and nobody could follow the same, I was lagging behind 6 months due, and my stage is financially nil, I ve decided to surrender my vehicle immediately, kindly advise me whether i will have to pay any deprieciation? beforethat ICICI man are illegaly treating me and my family.
