ICICI Credit Card
Unauthorized usage of credit card online

Hello Sir,

I got SMSes from ICICI bank regarding a couple of transactions made using my credit card.

The transactions were made on Cox and Kings India ltd.

INR 8349 and INR 19873.

The following transactions were not made by me. I have raised a dispute with the bank.

According to them it takes 30 days for the dispute to get resolved. But the customer care isnt giving proper updates on the same.

request you to extend some help.
