Dear Sir,

I would like to bring it to your notice that I am holding a gold visa credit card no. 4477470049500029 since 12/04 and have no outstanding payments of any purchases.

I have been sold ICICI Lombard on tele call on Feburary06 which I found poor response / services I requested to cancel the policy in Month of April 07 wherein I have been paying premium Feb. 06 to march 07. My regular request / reminder could not make any effect on your tele callers I have paid premium of 8000/- or more for the insurance but do not owe single rupee of credit services that’s why I am returning your card and request do not send me any bill / outstanding payment which I never enjoyed. I am sorry to say but you have lost a good customer due to your carelessness.

This correspondence done on said date but still i am recieving due amount for rs 15600/- rather icici lombard owe me 10500/- premium which i had paid for the harrasment from icici lombard
