ICICI Credit Card
Excess Charging

I have not being using the ICICI card for over 2 yrs now, inspite of asking them to cancel my card, they kept sending bills, the agents who call have no clue of what interaction has happened & every time I need to repeat myselft... finally I sent a mail to the bank aasking them to debit my ICICI account which had and consider it as the full & final settletment, they debited my account however after a month I again started getting calls... I explained everything in details, the called said, she will inform the bank, again after a month or so... I get calls & the chain continues!!! I am completely fed up, therefore looking up to you to help me sort this
