ICICI Credit Card
High amount snatched in the form health insurance offered as free

ICICI bank offered a credit card in 2003 and its valid till the executive have called my parents and said says yes and its totaly free offer of health isurance and manupulated in the voice system. we left the call as some malfunction call and later after 3 months one debit of Rs 3700 and following month Rs 7200 Rs, has been deducted from our savings acount shocked us. when we call to know for what these amount is deducted they said a health insurance is provided for you for that its been charged from your credit card and same reflected in the auto pay from your account. we were schok to hear these details as we have not explained whats this policy and related rules and act which this policy and no one have personally met and explained anything about this policy and its big cheat as we have saving account and credit card in the same company. where as i have not opted for this policy and have not made any usuage of this credit card. when i asked for cancellation and refund of this charge charged. we were said additional cancellation charge need to be paid of Rs 10000 as per current rules.

Please help me in this cheat, where i have not opted and not explained anything and being charged for what i am not intrested and take necessary action from this fraudent company.
