Sir madam,

i swipe my icici card in CAR CARIZMA 60, 000 on 14 september but my merchant tell me that the amount is not settled in his account he ask his money.so i give him cash 60, 000.next month my credit card monthly statement is shows i swipe 60.000 in car karizma.than i called my merchant he told me that that amount is not come to him i see the monthly statement of CAR KARIZMA.so i called icici customber care they told me that if ur merchant give written leetter to AXIS BANK to reverce that amount to card holder account. u dnt have to give fine and intrest.than i told that merchant to give written letter to AXIS BANK he give that to bank.after that that amount is reverce on my credit card but now ICICI BANK charges intrest on that amount.i call so many times to there customer care and also mail them but they dnt settle that amount and also not give any posstive attitude to settle it.now this amount shows in my monthly statement thay carges intrest till date i have to give icici credit card is RS 15000 something.my prevous track record is very good.plz tell me what to do if i dnt used that amount than how could i give interst plz sir suggest me.
