NON COMPLIANCE OF PPO

Sir,

I have already received my corrigendum PPO No. 08/14/B/CORR/50156 dated 19 Aug 09. The same has not yet been received by pension disbursement Bank, State Bank Of India, Industrial Branch, Balasore till date. Twice I enquired personally but did not get any satisfactory reply. I have also enquired the same in the Centralised pension branch SBI, Cuttack Road, Bhubaneswar, but my pension A/C No. 01190010155 is not in their Database.

You are requested to take necessary action so that I can get my dues at the earliest.
