Delayed payment fee/interest

Dear Sir,

Your card staement was received by me ondue date of payment i.e.on 9th june in the evening around 6.00p.m.and made payment of due amount in full immediately.however in this month i have received your statement wherein Rs 400as late payment fee &Rs28.19as interest charges are added. As last month late payment is due to late delivery of statement by your courier i request you to advise concerned department ot waive of late payment and interest and confirm.
