BILLING STATEMENT DISPUTE

Dear Sir, Madam :

This is with reference to the Credit Card No.4477 4607 6123 1002.

Sub. : Transaction Dispute

I have received my credit card statement dated Aug 12 at my residence on September 2.

In which you have debited to me Late fee and taxes relevant to it, but one thing I want to make clear that the payment of last transaction towards your statement dated July 12 total amt due Rs.267.68 was already paid to you by HDFC Ch. No : 264012 dated 21/7 of rs.268/- this cheque was dropped in your mulund (e), Tata colony ATM Center drop box on 22/7, The credit of this cheque amt. was given on 2/8 as per my HDFC bank statement (which I surprise to see it.)

In spite of having sufficient fund in my account Why it was delayed to credit you, where it was stuck-up, what it is the reason behind this I don't know. If you go through my past payment details towards purchases you fill find that not a single payment was made after due date. This is the first case happened in last couple of years.

I requested you to please wave-off the Last fee Amt. and send me the revised statement as confirmation.
