Forcing me to take insurance using my credit card

I am Ravi Turamari, Working in MNC in Bangalore.

i am holding my salary account in ICICI Bangalore.i am holding ICICI TITANIUM credit card.when i received card from that time i am receiving call from following number 914442842331, 914442842189, asking to take medical insurance.

When first time i got call i told them that i don't want any insurance.

today morning (23rd December) again i got call from Person Gokul his number is 914442842331.

he was telling that i had applied for medical insurance along with credit card, u cant discard that, and it is already activated.

"If you want to cancel the insurance then u need to pay 24, 000=00 for credit card."

I contacted customer care for this they told there is no insurance is activated on your credit card. ICICI Customer care is not accepting any complaint also for this issue.
