Dear,

I took a personal Loan from ICICI bank. ICICI Lombard called me up to insure it. So also took it. Now the trouble started. ICICI Lombard told me that i can pay the premium in 24 months Rs 52/- per month. But they chrged me the whole amount in the first month itself. I just paid the amount. Then I was told that I will be sent the documents within 15 days. And now after 4 months I didn't get that. I have beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen calling to CustomerCare for the Insurance documents.but no result. And the funny thing is I get a call from ICICI Lombard for feedback call of their CustomerCare.

Whom I have to complain regarding this and when will my query getsd solved.
