Deficiency of services, criminal behaviour of agencies and icici employees

1) principal loan amount is not 10 L but Rs never corrected after several complaint to ICICI

2) Calculating wrong interest not rectifying mistakes.

3) After payment of EMI continuous phone call for saying that your EMI is pending, without checkinng own record saying that they are not knowing this they are from collection dept.unnecessary harrassment.and even threatening for payment by reaching at home.

4) Not accepting written complaint at bank. or if I insist then putting immediate irrelevant remark on aplication kept without action.

5) Not cooperated to find out culprit in case of maloperation of atm-debit card. Not provided video/images of person maloperating at concerned atm evenafter lodging complaint through police.

6) Not considering change of mode of payment even after written request even for genuine reasons.

Thus ICICI is not Commercial Bank but irresponsible bank exploiting needy.
