I have got a Policy with no desire & paying money on credit card

I never wanted to take any health insurance policy but through customer care [Divya - 04442842233] have got a call for a scheme that if I take that policy will get a Platinum Card for sure means my old Gold Card will be replaced with the new Platinum Card if I agree to take that ICICI Lombard health insurance policy and later if I want can cancel tht policy & go on with the new platinum. But, it's been 3months since the time I said yes to take this policy because of new platinum card and didn't get any card yet. But got the Bill in the Credit card statement & paying the amount of Policy with no desire.

I tried to talk with the girl but no one is there with the name Divya. I called to customer care no but they said if I cancel this policy I'll be charged with the half of the amount mentioned for the policy.

Still, don't know to whom should I talk for a help.
