Dear Sir/madam,

I had made payment for the Insurance of Innova MH02-AQ-1461 to ICICI Lombard through my credit card no 4477 4737 8093 2005 for Rs 13327 (12 EMI Payment 0% interest. The payment was made on 21 March. This payment is not reflected in my credit card account when I open my account on internet. Please ensure that payment has been paid to ICICI Lombard or not.consequent of this payment the cover note e-1397016 (earlier polciy no 3001/1397016/02/000) was issued. However till today I have not received the insurance policy. Please look into the payment as well as the non issue of car policy.
