Deduction from Credit card

I felled that I got cheated, when ICICI lombard Sales executive called me explain me about the policy of ICICI Lombard.

While explaining me he explain me that Rs 311/- amt will deduct on monthly basis from my credit card. But when I got massage from ICICI credit card that Rs 6880/- get dedutcted from my account.

when I called sales executive he explain me that this amt secured with us and we will release Rs 311/-.

And I will have to pay only Rs 311/- when I will get the credit card' statement.

But I got the wrong communication from ICICI side about the deduction from credit card Cause out of my 15000/- limit 6880/- limit is block which I cannot access or use.

I want to cancel the policy.

Kindly suggest.
