ICICI Lombard Surveyor, Mr. Kishore behavior and customer handling was very rough & bad. He took 10 days time to meet me on lots of insistence from me.
Met Claim manager, Vivek & Siddhartha & Rajesh as well. Siddhartha have also taken more then 10 days time with a promise to offer me better solution but when I met him today after lots of request, the solution offered by him and Rajesh was much inferior in comparison to the offer they talked 10 days ago. Again as usual they suggested me to take a repair of the car with pillars of body shell having cutting and wielding instead of replacing it.
It is more then 20 days now and everyday I am under going this mental trauma.
When I called customer care, Mr. Yashwant, he registered my complaint no 2610091036 and informed that it will take 21 days. I have already got exhausted by losing more then 21 days time to reach this unsatisfactory stage and if now again I have to wait for another 21 days to get reply of my complaint. This long delay will be become unbearable and unacceptable.
Kindly forwarding the complaint to highest level of customer support and help me to come out of mental trauma which I facing toward having insurance policy from ICICI Lombard.
If delayed further, I would like to approach Insurance Ombudsman to get early and satisfactory solution to my insurance claim no MOT 01277127, Vehicle no DL 4 C AF 5063, policy No.57294779
Look forward to get satisfactory resolution on Priority
