Policy Renewal

Hello Sir/Madam

Greetings!!!

I have an insurance policy from ICICI Lombard (Policy number 4034i/FFH/W-021631/03/000).

I made a payment via cheque (ING Vysya Bank cheque no .156371 Rs 5920 dated 2 june). Cheque amount is also deducted from my bank account.

But till date (7th july) my policy is not renewed. Company people say it is expired. No body giving me proper answer.

Please help me on this.
