ICICI Lombard
Premium reversal / Please Suggest me

Hi,

I have been given credit card by ICICI Bank. After few days I recd a

call from ICICI lombard for Medical Insurance. After 4 months, they

sent a Credit card statement that, Rs. 8525 has been charged from the Credit card, and I need to pay 8525/- plus the penal interest of 1800/-I have been getting calls from the collection department asking me to pay around 19, 000 for the insuarnce. I have been following it up from May.

When someboby is not keen in buying policy why do they force us to buy the policy.

I had been personally to ICICI Lombard branch at Bangalore. They told us that the respenstative will call us in other 2dyas of time. But i have not recieved any calls from them.

I want my full premium reverse back.

Can somebody guide me what i should be going next???
