Give me lombard policy in my credit card

I am not intrested in policy but without any information give this policy in my credit card statement which total amount of plicy is -14, 980 in 24th EMI.and no any record in lombard to my name, any dacuments send me and no any policy no.i have already paid four emi upto 4th aug.fifth emi in statement also come soon due date is 6th nov.but after 6th time i have reguler complaint to lombard they give me refund of rs.8539 in 14, 980. so please revers uncomplet refund me rs.6441carry on my requset.
