Dear Sir/madam

I have paid Rs. 1500/- vide cheque no.113703 on 29.07.2007 for ICICI Lombard advisorship to Mr. Ravi and his manager Mr Mohit Posted at Pitampura Branch New delhi of the company.

Even after repeated reminders and follow up with I am still unaware about my status. Both the employees left the company in between and i regularly follow up with customer support and other managre Mr gaurav vasish.

Then I contact mr manish at Dilshad garden Branch and told my story. He cooperated and find out the status of application. Then he said i have to pay Rs. 250/- in cash for some online completion training compulsory required as per IRDA guidelines. I paid that amount in July itself and of now regularly following up with the concerned.

You are requested to look into this matter.
